We founded RAIZ, because we have a deep love for real food, for fresh, healthy and authentic food. We are committed to making each dish a healthy expression of our love for food and life. RAIZ was born in 2015 as a vertical restaurant in Largo dos Loios. Over these years, our restaurant has become a unique restaurant with traditional roots, a space for everyone.

The ingredients we use at RAIZ are fresh, local. We have daily deliveries of fresh ingredients that we select from the markets ourselves. Whenever possible we use seasonal ingredients, we are always looking for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world, we bring different and unique flavors and experiences.
